urinating in the house

Question
I have a year old greyhound bitch, through the day and right up until i go to be she will cry at back door to be out in garden to do her business,  there have been a couple of instances where she has urinated on the carpet in spare bedroom through the night and also on my bed, which is where she sleeps with me, at what age should she be able to go all night without needing out or the need to urinate in the house? I also must add that i have not in the 10 months of having her had a full night sleep as if she cries wanting out i do get up and open door for her, any advice would be greatly appreciated

Answer
It may be a bladder problem, sometimes a bladder or kidney infection will make them want to go more often-also reducing water for a couple of hours before going to bed will help as well

You may also have to keep her in the crate most of the time,as you do with puppies by keeping her in there except to go outside or to get fed ect but because she isn't a puppy you probably only need to do this for 2 week or less but if she makes another accident put her back in the crate for most of the time for another week
