my beagle

hi i have a 2yr old beagle for the past couple of days she has been not feeling to good shes been shaking non stop and yelping when you go near her and if you try to pick her up or touch her she yelps and she hasnt been eating that much! umm we did take her to the vet and when the vet was examning her she did not yelp she seemed fine but when we got home she was doing the same as before while we were at the vet they gave her a 24hr muscle relaxer shot and gave us oral medescine. it seems like its something to do with her back legs or stomach or back because she wont do anything but lie down she will not even jump up on the couch or nothing please help!!!! thank you!!

Yes, I would take her back to another vet, and have her examined again.
I would venture it is in her intestinal tract.
Does she have a fever? If so, that would indicate an infection, and if she is not eating, she needs to possibly have an x ray to see if she has something lodged in her tract.
Does she eat her toys?? Or chew a lot?
If so, she may have swallowed a piece of something.
Soft toys, or rubber, can get stuck, and it is very painful for the dog.
Do take her to another vet.
