hi my pup is not eating and has not been to the toilet in 4 days

Hello martin,
you didn't say the age of your pet, Go get mineral oil at the drug store, and if he is a tiny or young pet(5 to 10 lbs) , give him a third of a teaspoon, if he is big give him a tablespoon, if in between give him a full teaspoon. They will usually lick it off the spoon. If he/she doesn't, put a drop at a time in his/her mouth until you get it all in.
If he/she doesn't go to the bathroom within in 8 hours, take him to the vet to see if he/she has an impacted in the intestines, or if a bone is stuck somewhere.
If he has not had any water in the last 4 days, get him to the vet immediately to hydrate him, pups die of dehydration.
