Question
In a Rottweiler litter which are the best puppies to go for (i.e. dominant , submissive etc...)?

And secondly is it advisable to get your dog spayed/neutered if you are not going to breed them or is it just if you don't want accidental puppies. Does spaying/neutering actually reduce aggression?

Answer
Well a submissive puppy is a lot easier to train and to deal with, dominant dogs require A LOT of work and they will challenge you as well

And if you don't plan to breed getting your dog fixed is the way to go,not only does it prevent puppies,it also reduces or eliminates certain cancers, marking in the house humping, dog aggression, wandering off and it stops females from bleeding and howling for hours when they go into heat
