the love of my life is my 8 year old pittbull rottweilder mix.i have recently found out that she is pregnant.i am really worried about her because of her age.is there anything i can or should do to make sure she is safe and healthy and able to give birth to this litter.this is her first litter

Hi Christina,

It's your veterinarian who should be the one to decide if your dog is healthy enough for the rigors of pregnancy, and giving birth. If your dog isn't healthy enough, the pregnancy can be terminated, and your dog spayed.
