Torn between getting another dog?

Okay, so my fiance and I got a male dachshund, Miles, this past april. He will be 7 months old next week. I got him from a private very small breeder, he was a good price and she is close to where I live, so I picked her. Anyways, Miles is an AWESOME dog! He is very smart, a good listener, quick learner, and such a lover to me and my fiance Derrick, he also loves other animals and kids. Basically all around he is the perfect doggie in my eyes. He is full of energy and often goes over to my parents house to play with her yorkie and afghan hound. He has so much fun and loves playing with them. Derrick and I have been talking about getting another one for a couple months now, and I contacted my breeder a couple of months ago, and to my convience she was expecting puppies in a couple of months. She e-mailed me and her dog had the puppies, but only two, both boys. Now she says in all of her years of experience she thinks two boys would get along better than a boy and a girl. I always thought having a boy and a girl would be fun, but she only has puppies once a year, and I dont think I want to wait until Miles is that old. Not only do I want to get another for us, but as much for him, to have a play mate and best friend. I like Miles breeder and want to stick with her, but dont really want to wait til the next liter. I have not got Miles fixed yet but plan on it, before we get another one, and the next one will be fixed too. I dont know what to do and really really need some advice! Please help!

Hello, Male/female get along better or two females two males often bicker. Spaying and neutering are very nessairy to avoid ighting. Go ahead and get the puppy but be warned having two isnt all its cracked up to be please read the following of my webpages:
