pregnant 10 month puppy

i have 2 lhasas 10 months and 1yr, the female already had her first heat the first 2 weeks of september, she didnt get pregnant, but now the boy is humping her like crazy, she doesnt look like she is letting him do this she usually sits or tries to get him off of her. i want to know can she still get pregnant if she is not in heat. how often will she go into heat?

Check to see if she has a discharge from her vulva.  If she has a yellow or thick discharge she may have an infection.  This is very dangerous and could be fatal.  Orrr your male could just be extra sexual.   No she cannot get pregnant if she is not in heat,   I would have her checked by a vet.
