why my dog peed on my husbands feet

Today our 4 month old male pitbull puppy decided to jump on top of our ottom and pee on my husbands feet. i mean we still cant seem to potty train him fully but he has never jumped on anything and peed like that so my question is why would this dog decide to come and delibertly pee on his feet?

It's probably something called 'submissive urination' which is common in dogs that are insecure,what often helps is obedience classes as it builds confidence

Also as for house training the best thing to do would be to use a crate,and keep the puppy crated except to take him outside,or to feed him,and after about 3 weeks slowly let him out more,and if it makes accidents again,put him back in the crate full time for about 2 more weeks
