why my pitbull is urinated alot?he is only 12weeks.

He urinates a lot because he simply does not have the muscle control or house training skill of an older dog.

If I had a 12 week old dog, I would be taking them to the place I wanted them to urinate every hour. And utilizing a crate at night, maybe having to get up once during the night to give him a bathroom break.
