my pet lhasa apso

hi nancy,
       i bought home a female lhasa apso a month ago.now she is 2 months old.my local vet tells me that she is a bull dog and an apso mixed breed.problem is she is not attached to anyone at home.i brought her as a mate to my 6 month old black male apso.both get along great.she is not friendly,doesn't respond to us calling her,rarely wags her tail on seeing us.is she deaf or blind(partially)or doesn't like human company?she just doesn't like being carried from day 1.also she bites our hands and feet very hard from the day we brought her.im worried sick.kindly help and reply asap.i love her a lot and would love to see her friendly.

Rupa,
make sure you take her to a class and get her socialized.  Also put some bad tasting stuff, like hot sauce on your hand and when she bites make sure she gets it in her mouth.  Carry her all the time but try different positions until you can carry her and she stops wiggling.   
also when she bites, put your hand down her throat and hold it there until she gags.  This way she will not want anyones hand in her mouth.  give her plenty of chew toys also.  She sound like she is teething.
