My dog oscar

I have a 2year old male maltese shitsu dog. But I'm really worried about him
he looks sick but I'm not that quite sure to take him to a vet. Oscar hardly
eats his foods but drinks all the time and somtimes nearly the whole bowl!
Inside his ears is this realy hard black stuff. And although he is toilet trained
he does his bussines wen he needs too. Its just heart breaking to see  him
like this and I was hoping you could tell me at least what to do to make him
better. Thanks for reading

I am not sure I understand all your questions, but it sounds like your dog appears ill, is not eating, and has hard black substances in his ears.

First of all, the black goo you are describing is ear mites. He needs a medicated drop to rid himself of that from the vets.

Also, if he is not eating and appears ill and you are worried, he needs to go to the vet. I can not diagnose him over the internet, he needs to be seen by someone who can run tests on him.
