well i have a yorkie that i adopted when he was 6 months he was house trained and had 1 accedent! since then he has done great! But about 2 weeks ago he just started pooping and peeing all over my house mind you he is 1 year old now, and dose not seem to care! i keep him in a pin at night now, and he will not pee or poop in it! he is outside alot!! i don't understand why he is doing this i love him so much and don't want to git rid of him but haveing 4 kids and this problem is so much stress!! how can i help him!!???

First, make sure that he doesn't have a bladder infection. (I know... he is doing both, but if he gets used to doing one thing in the house, the second won't be far behind.)

Part of your problem might be that he is spending too much time outside. I have seen (young) dogs get confused if they are left outside too long and they somehow mentally reverse where they play and live and where they go to potty. I suspect that this might be your problem.

What you need to do is to start housebreaking him all over again to remind him what needs to be done. Keep him in the pen when you cannot watch him, take him outside and PRAISE him when he potties there, and limit his free time both inside and out for awhile. Thoroughly clean all the spots he has pottied in the house.

He should come around fairly quickly with a bit of work.
