Lice

My sister's dog has had these little black bugs all over her and we think it is lice. do you have any tips for cleaning and such that I can use to try and keep it from spreeding??? or maybe its a different type of bug. but they are little black bugs kinda like catts but a little bigger and they are mostly on her private areas. any suggestons will be helpful

First of all you have to check the dog and take out all these bugs. You have to buy your dog a flea collar and take the dog to the vet so he would dip her in the water that removes the fleas and such.
Also you have to wash her more often, maybe use anti-lice shampoo.
