Dog doesnt like hugging

Was just wondering about my dog's dislike of seeing PEOPLE hug! He is very submissive to people, rolls onto his back, when we pet him, and he has no problem being hugged, kissed and carried. However, when he sees two humans hugging he charge forward, jumps and barks loudly; what is this behavior rooted in? Aggression? Play? We are completely confused as to why he doesn't like hugging; maybe he doesn't like public displays of affection?

My best guess would be he wants to be the center of attention, and is jealous of anybody else getting attention.
He just doesn't like displays of affection to anybody but HIM.
Scold him and teach him not to be so demanding.
You don't say how old he is, but if he is old enough for obedience classes, you need to get him into one as soon as possible, prefferably a group class so you will handle him, and will learn how to get him to mind YOU.
If he is not old enough, then I would look for a puppy class.
