I had my dog spayed when she was 5mos. old and ever since i had it done she will through off a scent ever so often and my male will follow her around trying to mount her. we can even smell her also what can we do to help her with this problem?

It sounds like she has some sort of infection as males are often interested in a sexual way during these occasions due to the odor that a bitch gives off. Have her examined by a veterinarian during this time as he/she will most likely put the bitch on some sort of antibiotics.
