urine smell emergency

Hi. My name is Katie. I thought you might be able to answer this since your a groomer. I bought a beautiful leather chair from goodwill the other day. And it's amazing, but it smells horribly like urine. I don't know whether it's from a cat or dog or human, but I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

I don't want to give the chair up, it's exactly what I've been looking for, but there has to be something that will get the smell out.

Ok, starting with what I've tried already. Vinegar,a mixture of peroxide, baking soda and a little dish soap, and a product called Pee-Pee stain and odor remover. So far the smell is still there. Please tell me there is something out there that can save this chair. Thank you in advance.
