my puppy is sick and vomitting clear fluid

my puppy is sick..he may have eatten some coco puff ceral and milk....les then a cup....he also chewed on a christmas box and vomitted up a peice of the velvety/coated plastic that covered it....now he won't eat or drink...it has been a bit over 24 hours....he also felt fevered last nite, but that seemed to pass after he had a bowel movement.....today he won't eat or drink...has been vomiting?? or spitting up small amounts of fluid....  does he maybe have a blockage or is it from the milk and coc puffs.??? should i try pecid ???if so how much???4 1/2 month old male boxer...a good 30 lbs, maybe more...thanks

The vet is the best thing in a case like this.  If there is no vet give him a tablespoon of mineral oil, but give him a little at a time over a ten minute period until it is all in him.  Take away his water and just leave an ice cube in his dish, if he finishes that you can give him another ice cube, etc.   He may have a blockage, if he does not stop vomiting within 4 or 5 hours, he needs to go to the vet.  The milk and cereal would probably give him the runs,  the plastic could cause a blockage and is lethal.  If the vet is still open get him there right away.
