Lump On Back Of Dog

We Found A Lump On Our 7 Year Old Lurcher At The End Of His Body, Near To His Tail. First Of All We Thought It Was A Boil But We're Not Sure What It Is. Its Small And White With Black Dots On It. We Think Its Under His Skin. Any Advice Much Appreciated.

This is probably something that should be examined by a veterinarian. Lumps under the skin, need to be checked out as they can be life threatening. It's beyond what can be discussed on an internet board.
