agrresive pekingnese

Question
i have a male pekingnese 4 yrs he has gotten very aggresive lately it used to be just myself and husband now we have 3 cats and a female dashound he is very territorial with the food he attacks the others when they come near him he has bitten my self and my husband when we try to intervene! i am at my wits end i have had (spencer)since he was 4 weeks old i dont know if its the new animals or what? im getting to the point of getting him a muzzle but im not sure this is the answer?i love my dog but im afraid im going to have to get rid of him what do i do?

Hi Christine;
The family has gotten bigger, and he figures it is time for him to take over.
You have to reassert YOUR dominance over the pack ( family), and put that little dictator in his place.
Watch some of the Doh Whisperer's shows on the National Geographic clannel. You can also go to his websire and watch a few videos on there to see how he asserts control.
That would do more good than 5000 words from me.

copy and paste that address in your browser and when you get to that site, scroll down under his picture where you see videos, beside his picture, and click on that. then watch a few of those videos.
Then I would suggest taking him to an obedience class.
Watching those videos, you will get an idea of how you get a little control back.
