SCHNOODLE

My Fiance and i bought a Schnoodle about a year ago. We have since introduced another dog to him. He is a pomeranian male. The both get along with each other fine. The Schnoodle has been starting this big whinning issue. He whines all the time when we leave and continuously barks. Nothing stops him until someone comes and sees him. He whines for someone to pet him, and we love both of our dogs taking them on walks giving them belly rubs so its not like we dont pay any attention to them. he is now starting to show agression to the other dog and to us when we move him and he doesnt want to be moved. HELP PLEASE

There are a few methods that can  help you aid your issue with your pup.

First teaching your dog basic obedience including the speak and quiet command will help her understand you better and visa versa. You can easily teach him by using play, treats, and positive reinforcement. You can also pick up a training and/or dog psychology book. There are many on the bookshelves. Understanding your Dog for Dummies and It's Me Or The Dog are two of my favorites. You can also seek the services of a professional dog trainer to help you gain control. Just make sure the trainer is referred and uses positive reinforcement. And dont forget that the training is partially for the dog and partially for you. Its more than training, its understanding your dogs world. Also, there are collars and other anti bark supplies at your local pet supply store or a shelter pet store online (an online store that donates to local shelters).
