I have a 2 year old pyr hybrid, will it hurt to mix a tiny bit of bacon grease with her dog food once in awhile? And will she ever be
trainable to stay in the yard without fencing it?

Yes, please don't give bacon grease to your dog.  There are better tasty treats to give such as yogurt or carrots.  The training to stay in her yard is possible, you must be having some problems with that? There are some good training tips on the Internet for that.
