my 8 week old newly adopted golden reriver pup has been making some odd gurgling noises i dont know whats wrong she ate all ger food today but she did throw up  maybe this has somthing to do with hiw she was eating leafs and stuff in our yard but she didnt eat alot if it please help

Puppies are just like toddlers; everything goes into their mouths. Eating non-edible things very often will make them vomit, so try to keep an eye on your puppy when he is outside... or inside for that matter since they will chew on anything.

When a dog throws up, I generally fast it for 24 hours, but with a puppy, I might skip one meal. It all depends on what I think made it throw up. Keep a close eye on your puppy, and take it into the vet if it continues to vomit. If he hasn't been vaccinated yet, he is due.
