My dog started acting oddly, sleeping a lot, not drinking much, throwing up, but still wanted to eat. I was feeding Iams wet food, stopped as soon as I heard recall. took her to the Vet, could find anything wrong. one week later she started vomiting up old blood, back to the vet, this time liver test 50 times higher then normal but doesn't thinks its to bad, 2 days later more bloody vomit, shaking, temp, and had to go out every two hours at night, liver test normal, vet doesn't know what its. We are now waiting for more tested. Needed help.

My advice is get a full blood panel and a x ray done....if you cant find anything wrong in the blood work maybe shes swollowed something and its lodged in her stomach casuing cuts on the inside....it indeed could have been posion from the food but its odd the vet cant find anything wrong maybe you ought to try another vet and quickly.
