Are all bishon's born white?  What are their personality traits?  thank you

Puppies might be born with light shadings of tan or apricot, but since this is a white breed, those shadings should be gone by a year of age.

Bichons tend to be happy and playful, and enjoy being with their people; they don't do well with being left alone for long periods of time, and they respond particularly well to motivational training methods.

They are a rather high-maintenance breed due to the grooming involved.
