pregnant?

my dog is about four years old now and is usually very active and playful. lately she has gained quite a bit of tummy weight and has started to eat more than usual;she has also become very lazy.she is always wanting to be near me and in my lap..she has been vomiting and her stomach seems to feel 'lumpy'. are these normal signs of pregnancy?

More importantly, has she been with a male dog when she was in heat?
Vomiting is not a sign of pregnancy, have a vet check her for that.
The other signs could be,  I would definitely have her checked by a vet.  This could also be other problems.
Or it could be pregnancy and a problem
