Question
everytime i take my dog out i try not to let her eat pincones and wood things of that sort now all of a sudden she has been having bloody stools its only been going on for a day but i am still concernd her breed is rednose pitbull she is only 6months old what could be the problem?

Answer
Bloody stools can indicate many health problems, including parvo, and a bad worm infestation. It could also mean she is slightly constipated or blocked.

Unfortunately I don't have enough information to make a diagnosis. Are her stools firm, or loose? Is it dark red blood, or bright red? Is there a lot, or a little? Are there other symptoms like vomitting, lethargy, not wanting to eat, dehydration? Did her food get changed recently?

If the stools are loose, the blood is darker red, and its mingled with the stool rather then sitting right on top, she needs to go to the vet, as that could indicate internal hemmoraging consistent with parvo and other intestinal bugs. If she has not been vaccinated, she needs to go to a vet. If you notice worms, she needs to go to a vet. All in all, its probably safest if you just bring her to the vet :)
