Mean barking dog

Hi,
Is there any solution to a mean dog barking at us constantly through the fence?  The owner will do nothing about it, and it doesn't violate city regulations.

Hi Art,
 You could try giving the dog food and making friends with him although the owner probably would not like that but if he is not courteous enonogh to care about you in the first place, this solution may be helpful although not guaranteed to work on every dog or this dog, hard for me to say without seeing the dog.  Hope this helps, make sure and give the dog something good which will not give him diarrhea, like cooked chicken or liver pieces. Just small amounts will do and be careful and don't trust the dog, just try and get him to be less viscous.  Best regards, Dawn Hoppe & Tina K-9
