I am sorry, not only do I not have the info you want, I am against holistic diets and home made food.  It is all based on speculation.  The difference between holistic foods and commercial dog chows is like between Aristotle and Galileo.  Aristotle decided it was obvious heavy objects fell faster than light ones.  He didn't bother to observe the real world.  At the dawn of modern science, Galileo climbed the tower of Pisa and dropped the large and heavy balls.  In the real world, dogs are thriving on the tested, proven, commercial chows.  Much of the negative material on them comes from people selling alternatives.  They are more interested in your money than your dog's health.  When you find your phone number and a live person, ask them how much testing they have done.  Ask if they have hip X-rays of dogs that grew up on the diet.  Ask about older dogs that have eaten the diet for all their life, 10-15 years.  I have a 13 year old Lab that has eaten Pro Plan all her life.  Every body comments on how good of shape she is in for her age, and how nice her coat is.  I know many other dogs that are the same.  Please don't risk your dog's health trying to prepare its diet yourself.
