is milk good for my border colli sheep dogs.

No, dogs cannot digest the lactose in milk.  Cow's milk is designed for baby cows- not for dogs, humans, or any other species.  

However, a small amount of plain yogurt is fine for dogs.  The life cultures in yogurt digest the lactose.  Keifer Cultured Milk (plain) is also very good for dogs, and for humans.

If these are puppies under 6 weeks old, they should have either their mothers milk, or a milk formula made for puppies.
