Question
I have 2 dogs, one is 13 and she has been on Science diet UD for the calcium oxalate stones for quite a while now.  A few years ago we got another dog who is now 4 yrs old.  He has many allergies most of which are atopical.  ALthough most of his allergies are atopical I have been using foods that are best for dogs with allergies.  My question is that since I have the 2 dogs and the older one who is on the Prescription UD dry dog food is alot bigger than my other dog, what is the best allergy formula dog food for my younger dog that is ok if my big dog gets into it.  I have heard that vegetarian is the best option.  Is this true and what is a good brand?

Answer
Hi Melissa,  My answer to this is limited because of the calcium oxalate stone issue.
How about home-cooking for the two dogs?  I have a recipe that will cover them both.
Are you willing to home cook ????  It will sure save you the money on the Expensive Hills Stuff.
Let me know.  I have some recipes for you.
