sick 12 yr old Miniature Poodle

My 12 yr old poodle has been vomitting 4 times in the last 12 hrs. She suffers from PDA and has had seizures in the past few yrs.Should I get immediate help?

Yes take him to the vet immediately.  Could be that he has developed CHF from his PDA.  Meaning he has a fulid buildup around his hear and possibly in his lungs this can cause vomiting.  Or he could maybe have a stomach tumor.  You vet will be able to tell you for sure and answer any questions you may have.
