Tear staining

I also was wondering if you beliee in the use of Angel Eyes for poodles?  Our silver poodle tears quite a bit and it stains her fur.  The vet suggeted flushing her tear ducts, which we did, ut it did not seem to help at all.

Hello again Kathy,
I haven't used any of the stain removing products myself, but have heard of success stories by other consumers.  I tend to shave under the eyes close then apply Vaseline under the eyes.  This causes the tears to drop off the hair instead of collecting under the eye.  
Chemicals in the hair mixes with chemicals in the tears to form stains that actually have to be dyed out or shaved off.  That is why its so hard to remove them.  

Flushing her tear ducts may work for a short time, but they may make matters worse because the flushing may cause your dog to make more tears.
