Question
what if your dog mates and it has one or no testicles?

Answer
The chances are very slim to none that the dog is fertile if it has no testicles.  Its a little higher if it has one testicle, but why would you want to be breeding that?  Its a genetic defect that will be passed on to the future generations.  If it doesnt show up in the males of the litter then it will show up in the males of the next generation.  The dog needs to be neutered at once.  You run a very high risk of testicular cancer with undescended testicles.
