after the first season

hi my mini poodle has finished her first season , we kept her away from other dogs for almost 4 weeks , but her nipples seem to be budding or enlarged , is she pregnant ?

Hi Candy,
It could very well be that she is.  There is no way for me to know this without being there or knowing if she was exposed to a male.  It is 2 weeks coming into heat, 2 weeks breeding and 2 weeks going out of heat-and they aren't ALL exactly the same.  Keep a close eye on her and you'll just have to wait and see.  Hormonal changes can also cause this type of symptom.
