wet crate bed

my toy poodle is 7 months old and she still wets her bed overnight more often than not. How much longer should it be before she stops this?

She should have stopped it long before now.  I would suggest that you stop food and drink after 6 pm.  I would also suggest a night time bathroom break.  Remember she is still a young puppy and can not hold her bladder for long periods of time.  You also need to wash her bedding with a product that will get rid of the smell.  She will keep smelling it and think its ok to potty in her crate.  I use white vinegar.
