Blind Toy Poodle

Question
I have a toy poodle and he has recently gone completly blind. They said he had rocky mountain spotted fever, and at that point his eye sight varied, then lyme disease and still his eye sightvaried. then after a few weeks it just went. and he is now totally blind and been so for more than a week. His eyes are not cloudy and his pupils are fully dialated. Yes we are working in contact with two veternairans, and he had shots for these very diseases befor he even got them, and we didnt even ask for those shots. Please can I fix my dog, he is a very smart dog and has an amazing personality. Please give me some insight and help me out as much as u can please.

If you are working with 2 vets, I am sure there is nothing more I can do to help his sight.  Dogs cope fairly well with losing their sight.  I can give you a link that may help that,              blinddogs@egroups.com.
