Why does my 2 month poodle have diahrea when she has milk treats or any chewy treats?

Answer
Because she is really too young to be giving treats too.  An 8 week old poodle is just off mothers milk.  Their system is still adjusting to hard dog food.  That in itself can take a month or even longer before they have nice firm bowl movements and their system gets used to everything.  I wait until a puppy is 3 mo or more before I even start introducing treats.  Its like with babies.  You introduce foods one at a time so they can get used to them not everything at once.
