noses on toy poodles

I bought my toy poodle in February and I was under the understanding that he was a teacup, but has now grown to almost 7 lbs. anyway he has a pink nose and all other poodles I have seen have black noses do you know why this is or if it even matters?

It sounds like your Poodle is a Toy not a Teacup.  Toys tend to average 6-10 lbs. and are no taller than 10" at the shoulder.  

You didn't say what color your Poodle is.  Sometimes on a white or light colored dog you get a liver colored nose.  Its just due to how much or how little Pigment your dog has in his skin.  
It will most likely stay the same color.  It doesn't matter much, but if your dog is going to be outside on a really sunny day, you need to put some Suntan Lotion on his nose so it doesn't sunburn.
