poodle sick

My 14 pound poodle is being seek for the last 10 days vomiting almost every hour, was taken to a Vet he has X rays, blood and fecal test performed every thing was fine. X rays results indicates pancreas problems they prescribed Reglan medication applied with IV to avoid dehydrate, my dog is getting worse, What should I do?

I would take your dog to another Vet to get a different diagnosis to see what they have to say.
