Why does my toy poodle lick the carpet and the leather couch? She does
it for a long time especially the carpets.

''Why'' is one of the toughest questions.  Carpet could be an old food spill.  Somethings soak into the carpet fiber and the dog can still smell them no matter how well you clean.  Is it the same few spots?  Even leather is somewhat porous and may retain smells.  Besides, it is animal hide.
