Puppy and ferret

I am getting a ferret soon and was wondering if you had any tips on introducing it to my puppy?

Yes there is, hold the ferret in your hand and lower close enough to the puppy so that they can smell the ferret, but dont put it in front of the dog incase they want to bite it. Look at the first reaction, do this often, but not to much it will stress either the dog or the erret. Hopefully they will get used o each other if not, you may have to put the ferret on a dresser or a high area so your puppy wont get him. But they will most likely get used to eachother as time goes by. Good luck, Tell me how it goes, and thanks for the question!
