hi! i hav a female labrador retriever. she is 8 months old. we are feeding her basically home made diet and she is growing fine. is cow milk good for her? can i add beef in her diet?

Beef is OK, but cows' milk isn't.  Home made diets are very difficult to get right.  Do you know exactly how much calcium she is getting?  Too little or too much will harm her bone development, but you won't see it for a few years.  If at all possible, you need to find an adult dog chow for her.  Please read http://www.avma.org/press/releases/070404_homemade_diets.asp
