3months old Lab

Hi
i got a lab it was 2 months old when i got it now it is 3 months old sometimes its really good at listening and sum times it never listen to me and go ferocious
i feed him pedigree milk and sum mashed rice with milk
recently i got shots of vaccines anti rabies to him
mostly i keep him inside home because it's summer time and Indian summer is too hot almost 46 or 47 degrees Celsius and when ever i take him out to pee or poo water flows alot from him mouth
he dosen drink water
i feel like he's gone mad sum times
plez tell me how can i control him
and plez suggest me if there are any other suggesations
i'll be very much thankful to u

Start by cutting back on the milk and rice.  The Pedigree is carefully formulated to give your dog everything is needs.
