3 month old lab puppy - food question

Hello, I have a 3 month old female chocolate lab.  I have been feeding her Science Diet large breed puppy food since we got her.  Would like to switch her to Canidae All Life Stages.  Can you tell me when I should do that and if ALS is ok to feed a lab or if regular adult food is better?

An early switch to adult chow is a well proven technique used by the service dog schools to reduce joint problems in large breeds including the predominate Labs.  Along with careful breeding and keeping the puppies lean, it has almost eliminated hip dysplacia.  Yes, go ahead and switch to an adult chow anytime.

While I am sure the Canidae is OK, there is nothing wrong with the Science.  Guide Dogs of San Jose has done extensive work on diets, and they have settled on it.
