Calasis/ Dry Skin on Elbows

Both of my labs are on concrte approx 6-7 hours a day while I'm at work, both have dry skin/calisis from laying on the concrete on their elbows any suggestion on something I can put on them to clear up this situation?

You could try giving them something softer to lay on.  Of course, they could chew it up and choke on the shreds.  Or continue to lay on the concrete.  One of my Labs wore holes in his elbows lying on our stone hearth.  I solved that problem by sending him away to dog guide school.

Check a larger pet supply or your vet.  I have seen products advertised, but have never used them and don't remember the names.
