Question
what food to be fed to labrador of2-3 month age

Answer
The best thing is a commercial puppy chow.  I know the Pedigree is available in India, and other brands such as Iams, Pro Plan, or another Purina brand are fine if they are available. Canine nutrition is complex, but well known.  The large companies have the resources to carefully formulate foods that give dogs the complete and balanced diet they need.  It is difficult for a dog owner to formulate a good diet for a dog.

You should be feeding a puppy chow now. Switching to an adult chow for the larger breeds at 4 months, slows growth and helps develop sturdier joints.  If all you can find is an all life stages food, at the worst, it will only delay your puppies growth.

Your dog definitely should be narrower at the waist than the hips and chest. You should be able to easily feel the ribs, but not see them. Each dog is different. Standard recommendations are a good place to start, but each dog must have its food and exercise adjusted to its individual needs.
