Heat vs Pregnancy

I have been reading several different posts regarding labs in heat and pregnancy. Unfortuantely my 19 month old chocolate (in her second heat the first was rather uneventful) is exhibiting signs of both just being in heat and being pregnant. On one hand she has the classic bleeding and swelling of the vulva as well as restlessness and aggitation. On the other she has recently developed very swollen nipples though the glands themselves have not changed. She continues, after 2 weeks to bleed but I am worried because she got out of the yard last week and was missing for about half an hour. Any clues for ruling out pregnancy?

My labrador female got really swolloen teats/nipples during her second heat cyle, the cycles I belive last anywhere from 10/14 days anything longer is a bit odd to me my labs lasted 11 days each tops. But since she got out she could be pregnant but would couldnt tell yet anyways, I'd let everything be for about a month if her nipples go down but get bigger again within a month and her belly feels slightly swollowen or looks like tis swollen she is pregnant and you will have pups a month after that(total pregnancy time 65 days ussall.
