Omega 3 & 6 for Labrador Puppy

The coat of my 8 weeks old Lab puppy is a bit dull looking. I am feeding him Royal Canine Max Babydog 30 3 times a day. His weight is 14.75 pounds. Should I give him Omega 3 & 6 supplement daily ? Will it cause any harm for him in future ?

For what you are paying for the Royal Canin, you shouldn't have to add anything.  Frankly, I have no confidence in the expensive, premium brands.  If that wasn't what the breeder was feeding, I would go back to what they were feeding.  I see case after case where the breeder was feeding a good chow and the new owner switched to something ''better'' and the puppy did poorly on it.  If you want to continue the Royal Canin, a teaspoon a day of common liquid cooking oil is a rich source of the fatty acids that dogs need for their coats.
