Question
Hi, after we walk our lab she comes homes and has a drink of water and subsequently vomits it up nearly every day. We do not feed her until at least a half hour after her walk. About 4 weeks I gave her some grapes not realising how bad they are for dogs however we cannot remember her vomiting before giving her the grapes. Everytime she gets excited and runs around she vomits.  Her stools seem quite normal and her weight approx 26-27 Kgs.

Please advise
Siobhan

Answer
Most likely the vomiting is due to too much excitement and drinking alot of water and air.

Trying limiting the water when you get home, and make sure it's room temperature, not COLD water.  Give like 1/4 cup of water, wait a few minutes, give another 1/4 cup of water.

It's highly doubtful that a few grapes for a healthy dog would do anything, so I wouldn't worry about that at all.

Make sure the dog has enough cool down time before drinking.

Just imagine if we were to do a super strenuous cardio work-out and then immediately gulp down a cup of water.  It wouldn't sit well with us.  We tend to take small sips until we feel rested.  Dogs unfortunately aren't reasoning animals like we are.
