yes my new puppy is still peeing on the carpet.  we have pee pads down and i take him out like 6 times a day. some times he will go sit by the door when he needs to go out. is there a certain technique that i should use to get him to do that all the time or so he will not use the bathroom in side.

Hi Kalo,

Toilet training your pup will take time and patience.

Watch for signs of your pup about to pee and immidiately take him outside. Sometimes if he is standing near the door - let him out. He'll learn that you open the door when he stands next to it !

If you do exact actions again and again your lab will begin to relate to them and understand what you mean.
